'No SIM Card Installed'

Lately I've been getting his message frequently on my iPhone. It always happens when I've had the phone in pocket. Completely shutting the phone off and restarting it helps, but twice today the restart didn't work,and I has to do it twice before it showed any bars.

Does anyone know why this happens, and can I prevent it?

It is happening because OU sucks. Sorry, not much can be done about this. Texas beating their *** over time has lessened the negative affects but their suckage is quite epic. Sorry.
