I did drive by yesterday. Little to no progress is being made on the outside of the stadium. Maybe a few windows are going up, but not much else. I guess they are concentrating on the inside and cleaning up....

This might not have much to do with it, but I work for RecSports and we got word of a cabling problem with belmont and the NEZ.

RecSports owns part of belmont.

Basically Athletics is looking to drop in 50 telephones at the last second in the interior NEZ. These telephones don't appear on the original plan. The guy I was talking to said they had little to no RJ45 pulled to the areas they are talking about. I'm sure they'll figure out something though.

Pulling RJ45 cabling isn't that bad, unless they have to go through concrete because tubing isn't already in place. You really only need RJ11 for phones, unless they have IP phones or are planning on upgrading to IP phones. If they were putting in basic phones, could just run a single 50 pin phone cable
