You cannot. Footlocker's House of Hoops (2 locations in Houston) is the only place I know of that got some. Nice Kicks in Austin may have gotten a couple pairs as well.

They did the release in Houston a few weeks ago. Limited edition shoes. You can probably get them off ebay.
