Most tigers actually do enjoy swimming.

Our Bengal likes to get in water. When he was a kitten, I was taking a bath, and he just jumped right in. He likes to lie in the bathroom sink and have the faucet turned on.

Truly sad that they are becoming extinct...and when growing population expands into their habitat...they start to eat people like they're appetizers...and then they are hunted and killed as 'maneaters' which, of course, they have become at that point...

Truly sad commentary of the current times...

There are people (lots of them, apparently) who will pay money -- lots of it -- to get on an airplane, fly to Africa, climb in a jeep, load up their very own high powered weapon with scope attached and shoot and kill one or more of these beautiful creatures. I know everyone has their hobbies, but that's one I just don't get. What a beautiful animal.
