Charles Omenihu had another good game for the Texans
He is able to generate a push from the interior DL
On Sunday, he drew a key holding penalty in crunch time vs. the Chargers
I always though his body-type was better suited for the NFL over the Big 12 -- so far, he is looking like great value in the 5th round
 
Cosmi is mentioned as a draft prospect? After 3 seasons on campus, I think he's more raw than Connor Williams was as a true freshman. And the NFL hasn't been super-kind to Williams. If he continues to show improvement next year with a senior QB, then he should definitely get some looks in Rounds 2-3.

I made my thoughts about Brandon Jones clear on some of the game threads. He's probably going to try to skip as many things as possible at the Combine or pro days because his numbers are going to flat-out stink. His best plays as a Texas Longhorn rivaled those of Dylan Haines... "right place right time" for picks or hits. His game film alone will keep him as a FA after the draft.

It is essentially a press release encouraging scouts to watch him beginning in the Spring practices...he's got a decent enough chance of taking snaps on Sundays and knows he has some work to do to improve.

Yeah, it's stupid. He wasn't going anywhere so why put out a highly produced video that he's staying another year.

It was a really cool vid though. Texas must have the best social media team anywhere. Gave me goosebumps.
 
I just cannot figure out why Dev doesnt get more love. He is a very solid NFL prospect IMO. Have to be in top 3-5 WRs, based on SPEED, HANDS, body control, character, smarts, work ethic, strength, etc.
I'd take him mid 2nd, put him in the slot, and make him a darker-skinned Julian Edleman and kill some people.

UGa falling back into the clutches of Florida in the $EC East. Who knows LSU's staying power and Alabama could have as many as 3 losses next season so the $EC will at least be competitive Conference wide in 2020.
