New radio home for Longhorn Radio in Austin

WOW! Let's see, we were on:

KRLD in Dallas, broadcasting some 400 miles+
KTRH in Houston, clear channel blowtorch going out to Florida and Arizona
WOAI in San Antonio, again clear channel broadcasting out over 500 miles

Turn it over to Chris Plontsky and we move first to lesser stations in major markets, including RadioAggie in Houston, a station A&M wouldn't even signup for even though the owners served on multiple boards at A&M. Plonsky admitted she didn't research to see who owned the station.

Next, move down to stations that can't even be heard in parts of Houston much less in Bay City, Columbus, Brenham, et al.

Plontsky's response - "When you and other alums start buying more advertising we'll move back". Will a broadcast assessment be next to go with your season tickets?

Now, a radio network guaranteed to be heard in Hill's Café? WOW! I would love to see ALL the paper work on this one.

Maybe RadioFreePatterson can cut a deal with public radio. Imagine the 2006 NCG, when KPFT jumps in to beg for money and no one hears VY's run.
