New paper at European GU meeting halves AGW...

Wow, this is quite interesting. A new paper put forth by two European Scientists at the European Geophysics Union meeting (note, this is not peer reviewed that I know of) looks at homogenization problems with the data sets and says that approximately half of the warming we have seen in the last Century is due to problems with how these data sets (weather station) were homogenized. If this is true, warming in the past 100 years is about 0.4 degrees celsius and that is not all attributable to CO2 as there are questions of solar influence (even the believers are now admitting this after years of denying it), natural warming (we have been coming out of the Little Ice Age for a couple of centuries now) and other various factors that are yet little understood.

At this point, it is only interesting and I am sure that this will bring the wolves out to feast, but it is at least going to be fun to watch.

half of warming blamed on homogenization techniques
