new grill

well - my 10 year old Brinkman grill I bought at Academy is on it's last legs.. literally.. There's a 4 inch hole in the bottom of the grill.. burners are almost shot and the stainless steel is slowly being eaten away...

Here's what I want - 4 burners, infra-red Rotisserie, would love an infra-red burner for searing steaks....

Costco had one earlier in the season.. but not now..

Any suggestions? also - would like to keep under $700

I want something that will last a good ten years...

weber whatever.
Made the mistake of going economical 2 yrs ago and now, with grill needing major overhaul, wish I had bit bullet and gotten Weber.

Think of it in terms of quality AND longevity. Say Grill A costs 300 bucks, not a bad price. But Grill B, one recommended by some here is 550 bucks. A 250 dollar difference. But if you use the grill for ten years it is only 25 a year for a much better grill.

I have not ever seen a grill with infra red but it sounds neat if it works. But I would rather pay more for a better grill and not have the cost of the infra red included in it.
