New Beer Store (45th Duval)

I haven't posted here in ages, so I did a quick search on this topic to make sure this isn't a duplicate. From what I can tell it isn't, but if so then oh well.

Although the store opened in May, my understanding is that the expanded beer selection is fairly new. According to the article, Hyde Park Market is carrying 525 beers, and I heard somewhere else that they're carrying 550+ (similar to Spec's).

I figured this would be a good PSA for those who live in the area.

When it gets cooler and I go for some lentl soup and battered fries I'll check it out. I went sailing once, als ich junger war, on a cold blustery Lake Travis day and all we had was iced Molson's Golden. Kind of stupid to drink cold beer on a cold day, but it is the stuff of fond memories.

This is just down the road from me and it is AMAZING. They have all sorts of ****, but what really gets me is Brooklyn Lager, Quilmes, and Delerium.

They said they would get Oberon from Michigan if they can find it.

i also live right up the street

I haven't paid enough attention as I've driven through here recently, but where exactly is it? I know 45/duval, but where? Is it next to the gas station on the corner or is it further south on Duval?

You can create your own six-pack from the singles up front. Harp, Smithwicks, Paulaner, Spaten, Turbo dog, etc. I think its $10 base price, but a couple of the more expensive beers will up the price.

paid attention today and now see

gas prices there...
