Not only exactly but look how wrong they were last week with Oklahoma and LSU. Really ridiculous. Add to that the admissions of Art Briles that he torpedoed Texas with his vote. Really needs to be a better way.

And the Hornfans.com myth lives on. Briles could have voted us #1 and left OU out of his top 25 entirely and it would have made no difference.

Rather different. The preseason poll has everyone at 0-0. In this case, Texas will be 6-0 before a Pac-12 team plays a game! Is Oregon going to sit at #16 for the next 6 Saturdays?

In a way....I dont disagree. I believe outside of Clemson, Ohio St , Bama and ????idk....that's it, you could take the next 10-12 on any given day and no one really knows who would win...it'd be a heck of a tourney and Texas would have about as good a chance as any to win or lose on any given day. That's the truth.
CBS poll looks to have obviously no teams who havent played and a "whose most likely to end up atop conferences" feel to it. Doesnt look that far off if at all, if so.
