Netflix gonna have a docu on "The Taco"

We watched the first two, waiting to get to my fave: barbacoa

I love some of these food shows. The Chef’s Table series on Netflix has some great stuff with beautiful photography and music and just overall a nice production.
 
I was in Austin last week. I ate at......Kesos Tacos on W Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. really good! Had to go find the receipt. Hopefully I’ll be in Austin a lot the rest of the year. I am permitting a new plant and all the Environmental Consultants are there.
