Needed - Mother's Day Gift Ideas

Not for my mom but my wife. She's in her early 30s and we have two little girls. Never know what to get her. Always resort to a gift certificate for a message and/or pedicure/manicure. What do y'all get for your wives that seems to go over well?

seriously, how old are the kids? I get her something from our son that's age appropriate every year. she cherishes them...
