Need website up ASAP - who is fastest?

I need a site up ASAP, like yesterday. What site can get me up the quickest? I don't want to wait 2 days.

A friend of mine recently moved his site to Site5. He's completely satisfied, and he's pretty hard to please. He said his support tickets are closed in 15-30 minutes, compared to the 4+ hours of the company he used to have (and I'm still with).

You'll still have a little delay while the DNS entries propagate, but they should be able to get everything set up for you quickly.

another friend told me godaddy, so im in the process over there, it says it will be up in 4-8 hours which i doubt is beatable by very much, if it's true.

ah thank you dustin, i dont think i fully understood the difference. the last time i setup a page, and it's been a few years, they didn't have my webspace available to upload files to for about a day, if not longer, and that's what i wanted to avoid. but i guess there's no getting around the DNS beast.
