Need someone to install two very high lights

Looking for a recommendation on someone who can install two very high lights. One is in the front foyer, the other over a back staircase. Both are at the heighth of the second floor ceiling

Are they exposed bulbs, like a spot or flood in a recessed can, or are the bulbs concealed behind a fixture of some type?

I'd suggest replacing them with LED bulbs so you're unlikely to ever have to replace them again.

Sorry, I was imprecise. These are actually light fixtures. Need someone to hang two lighting fixtures

I think Home Depot rents the portable lifts. If you can get to it can you install it yourself? HD may have a list of contractors that do that kind of stuff.
