Need SA restaurant (near Seaworld)for work meeting

There are not a whole lot of places exactly "near" Seaworld, except a Rudy's, which is directly across the highway.

The Hyatt Hill Country is also across the highway from Seaworld, and the restaurant there (the Antler Room) is your typical nice Hotel restaurant, meaning that it is very good, but not excellent, and a bit overpriced.
