Need Restaurant Recommendation in Vegas

My wife is headed to Vegas for a business conference. Her company is putting it on and she has to take some prospects out for dinner. She's looking for some nice restaurant recommedations with an entree cost of $40 or less.

They're staying at Caesar's so it would be preferable if it's in that area but that's not absolutely necessary.

I'd ask the concierge at Caesars.

For Italian, Try Il Mulino on the Upper Level of the Forum Shops at Caesars..

With all due respect, if you are eating Italian at Ceasar's, it really should be at Rao's.

It is literally impossible to get a table ever at the original location in NYC.
