Need recommendations on a roofer

OK, so my dad has been badgering us to get our roof inspected after the big hail storm in the Cedar Park/Round Rock area a few weeks back. I happened to mention that I saw alot of "gravel" from the roof tiles in the driveway, on the porch, in the flowerbeds, etc., the next day, and he's convinced we have roof damage. We think he's somewhat paranoid, but we won't live this down until we get it looked at. Can anyone recommend a good roofing contractor that does free inspections/estimates? The yellow pages and Austin Citysearch aren't yielding much, and I'd rather try someone that comes with positive recommendations. Thanks!

I was in a completely different situation but I had some small repairs to my roof that needed to be made prior to selling my house. It was a small project ($500) and I needed it done very quickly so I wasn't shopping around much. I used Longhorn Roofing and was pleased. I dealt with Joe and he was a good guy.

I"ve not used them, but Wilson Roofing and Kettler Roofing have both been recommended to me by people I respect. The work was for clients. Don't know how they turned out.

We used Ridge Roofing in November 2002. We were pleased with their work.
