My wife and I want to take a little 4 day vacation in March or April but we both want entirely different things. Does anyplace have all of these. I want gambling(poker) and golf, she wants beaches and shopping. Any suggestions?

I am pushing for Puerto Rico because we have never been but she has heard bad things from a couple of ours that went there last year. Where did you stay midtown?

Unless things have changed recently, Atlantis does not have a poker room.

You could always go to Aruba, though I find it pretty sorry personally. Seems lots of folks must like it. Otherwise, you could shoot for later in April and just go to Vegas. The pools at the big resorts are so nice these days that it is pretty much like being at the beach..

My wife hates Vegas with a passion which really sucks because I love it with more passion. I am going with the guys to Vegas for the WSOP in July anyways.

San Juan will disappoint you, as will the casinos.

Beaches, shopping, golf, poker? Sounds like you're stuck with Monte Carlo.

ah, you are correct. no poker at atlantis. i jumped the gun, i just thought about gambling and golf.

how about san diego? plenty of golf, beaches and shopping. and i think you can find lots of poker rooms at indian casinos? i just googled san diego poker and a few things popped up. you could play torrey pines too
