Need help with cell phone

Just bought a new Samsung/Sprint VGA1000 picture phone, and I don't know how to set the speed dial buttons. It looks like it is doing it alphabetically and I don't want that. Any ideas on how to set it up my own way? It also has voice dialing, so I guess I can use that, but I'd rather assign people a single button. The model # is SPH-A620. Thanks guys.

Didn't it come with an owner's manual or user guide? That info should be there.

They are now selling them out of the back of white vans. No manuals.

You would think the manual covers it, but it doesn't. It assigns speed dial #'s by the entry, and not by my choice which is pissing me off. I've searched the web, but can't find any info on it either.
