Need Help with a Printing problem

Friend just asked me about this:

She's trying to print out a Word doc which features an image. The text on the doc prints ok, but the image doesn't appear - just an X and a line. The print preview looks correct.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Make sure she has the latest driver.
If there is a Postscript one, try that one.
