So I've had my current cell phone for almost two years. It's an LG 5200, color screen, flip for Sprint. It is by far the best phone I have ever owned & I've probably had close to 10 cell phones over the past 4-5 years (I bought a bunch of them real cheap in a bundle on Ebay a while back). Anyway, so my battery has gotten to the point where if I have one prolonged call then it's toast. It holds virtually no charge. I was going to buy a new, extended life battery for $70. Then I found a deal where I can get a brand new Sanyo on Amazon for $70 after all the rebates.
On the one hand I love my phone. It only drops on average 1 call a month...tops. It might even be per 6 weeks. The phone is awesome. I also have 2 desktop chargers because my wife had the same phone before she upgraded. Plus I have a ton of ringers & backgrounds saved to it. I have the "Texas Fight" original recording as a ringer-priceless.
On the other hand...a brand new phone. New technology, everything.
Same price, what would you do?
