good banker friend of mine here in SoCal has a loan on an Austin hotel with big problems...he will likely need a hard *** receiver. One of you cats have a referral I can pass along to him?

to clarify: he doesn't need local counsel. He needs a good receiver to handle a very challenging motel/hotel property.
