Need advice for 10-year anniversary trip (3 days)

I want to take my wife some place nice for a long weekend and welcome all advice. Living in Dallas, I am ruling out Hawaii since it's too far for 3 days. I am considered the following:

Playa del Carmen
Jamaica
Cabo San Lucas

We've been to Puerto Vallarta and love it, but I would like to try someplace different. Cost is not really an object, either. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

La Casa Que Canta in Zihuantenejo (sp?) was awesome. Actually was turned on to in on HornFans, so repaying the favor.

Have been to Cabo and really enjoyed it as well. Much wilder than La Casa.

Not sure I would travel to Mexico right now.

Really enjoyed the Victoria House in Belize.

Am considering The One and Only Ocean Club in Bahamas as well.
