I'm considering buying this game either for myself or for a friend (mostly because Kevin Durant is on the cover

). I have one concern, though: I don't know if KD is a playable character in the game. Does anyone know if he is?

No, he is not. The game is for this current season's rosters. KD on the cover is kind of false advertising.

Now, he may be some kind of unlockable character or something, but just on the standard Texas team that you get at start-up, he is not there.

All college games put a star player from the previous season who is now playing professionally. They couldnt pay a current college player to be on the cover for obvious reasons.

Is the game any good? I have played previous March Madness games and been really disappointed. The players never look anything like they should and the ratings are all ****** up. Anyone know if that is the case?

It's about as terrible as the rest of them have been. Perhaps more.

Thanks, guys. I had a hunch that KD wouldn't be a player because he's already in the pros, but I was hoping that he might be a player on one of the classic teams or all-time teams.
