Well by the NBA's definition he is. You have to know the criteria in which you are voting, or you don't deserve a vote.

I'm a diehard Rockets fan, but I wouldn't have voted for Scola for Rookie of the year. I would have voted for him to be on the all rookie team.

However, it is just stupid to vote for Law, Crittendton, Brooks (love what he can do, but doesn't deserve a vote), Chandler or Cook.

None of this is as big a crook of **** as Shane Battier not being a first team All NBA defender though.
