Bringing this thread back ... should be "some" interesting movement this week. I think #1 ASU dropped a game, UNC and Miami lost a series, other teams like LSU and Rice also lost games. I'm interested to see if we bump up due to handling TCU and sweeping NU.

First poll should be out shortly.

Rivals out first, we jump from #11 to #6.

Things to consider, according to their poll we play a series vs #9, a mid-week vs #1, and another series vs #24 all in the next week and a half. Let's make some noise !!

I'd like to see A&M back in the rankings by the time we play them, that would mean we have 4 straight series against ranked opponents starting this weekend ... #9, #24, #12, NR.

This could do wonders for our RPI, ranking, and Top 8 Seed aspirations should we handle our business.

jay,

When I click it, it asks me to put in my subscriber information, and I see nothing of a poll.

Can someone help?

Vey strange. I am not a subscriber, and it shows up fine for me. Why don't you try going to the rivals baseball front page -
The Link and clicking on the Top 25 Rankings tab.

Or, try this -The Link

Hope one of them works.

Hmmm ... TCU gets shutout 6-0 by us, sweeps #283 Texas Pan-Am, and moves up from 19th to 16th. We beat them and sweep Nebraska on the road, and we stay at 9th. Okeeedokeey. Nice work by the BA "staff" who set those rankings.

jay,

I tried both links, and I keep getting the same page. I even tried setting a password, and it keeps giving me the same message. Screw it.
