FIFA is just puffing out their chests because they don't want anything or anyone to be bigger than they are. I seem to recall over the past few years every time Blatter opened his mouth, he made some thinly veiled critique of Chelsea. Now it seems that he has the entire EPL in his sights.

As far as arsenal, since they just lost Adebayor to Barça, I suppose this is a decent move for them.
