Nascar drivers seem like

giant *******. Every video I've ever seen of a "scuffle" between NASCAR drivers looks like a 4th grade girl shoving match. And if you're really a man, take your damn helmet off and challenge the freaking guy. I'm tired of these "athletes" trying to act tough and shove each other with their helmets on. If you really do want to fight a guy then take your gear off like a hockey player and slug it out. Nascar fans are just as bad. When their favorite driver nudges some other guy they're quick to say, "man, don't mess with so and so, he's a badass." please. Danica Patrick has more balls than half of the Nascar drivers. Flame away........

- do those cars go fast?

You obviously have never seen them use their 3000 lb cars as weapons.

NASCAR has cleaned up their image as a bunch of moonshiners crawling out from under their hot rods with tire irons to bash rivals' heads at any perceived slight. They want to reach a more general audience, which they have done.
But I guarantee you there is still a bunch of WWF types under clamps in NASCAR. If you want to see yokels chasing each other around the pits with tire tools, go to local halfmile tracks, goes on all the time.
