Nasal decongestants / antihitimines

I found a combination of medicine's that has kept my sinuses clear of mucus for over a week, now. Problem is it's drying the HELL out of my nose (be sure to see Cactus Cafe for a case study

)

Right now using:
- Rhinacort (sp?) (prescription spray given to me by pharmacy friend)
- Walgreen's generic decongestant (same as Sudafed)

Anyone have better remedies, experiences?

I take Zyrtec-D (sometimes from la farmacia de Progreso, Mexico) and drink shitloads of water. That **** works wonders for nasal problems, but if you don't hydrate, welcome to chapped lip, pasty-mouth, rough/cracked skin and water-retention hell.
