...finished second in Three Meter Springboard event at the U.S. Olympic Diving trials.

Olen Underwood was a standout lineman on the Horns' 1963 National Championship who also played in the NFL for the Oilers, Giants, and Broncos.

Foster is a four-time national diving champion. She will now have to compete against divers fininishing in places three through six at the selection camp for the second spot in three meter at Beijing.

My late brother in law knew Olen. He was a good player. He said Olen was one of the unsung heroes who played good at UT but didn't get the publicity as some of the other star players.
