Name what's on my plate!

This was my plate from a wedding reception in Austin last weekend. There was some pretty wild stuff available and I tried to make the most of it. Anyway, let's see how close you culinary experts can come to naming them all. I'll check in every so often to confirm/deny and we'll keep a running tally!

I'm gonna go with veal chop, but it looks pretty small for a veal chop. I'm with EDGAA, that's potato salad.
