There are a ton of apts down there that are more ghetto than Longhorn Station. Check out the ones right by the Lake. Scary.

The new green condos being built there are awesome. Very expensive, but awesome.

I'd like to find something on Red River, that shuttle route is perfect for my fiancee.

Having a hard time finding a nice 1/1 for $800. I hate looking for apartments.
