My delima is, who is the worst U.S. president ever? Is it Reagan or W? I was waiting for something to put W over the top, and this may be it, but in reality W is just carrying out Reagan's agenda. Will we (as in "we the people") survive this Reagan free trade crap?

WJC was the POTUS who actually got NAFTA into law...

Of course, I think NAFTA is a good idea...This is one of the really good things that WJC did while in office...

There are some who think Lincoln was our worst, others FDR. I've heard people rant against Woodrow Wilson as the. worst. ever. Even TR. ******** and opinions. Reagan's not in my top 7, but that's a tough group to crack (AL, FDR, GW, TR, WW, TJ, HST). He's in my next grouping of 7, any of which you could make an argument for over others. That grouping does not include Clinton.

The reason I posted this in the first place is because my wife provides inhome help to an elderly woman a couple of times a week. This lady is inundated with mail about the NAFTA Superhighway. My wife brought home a flier from a group calling itself "Citizens United for American Sovereignty." (www.citizensunited.org)
They ask for donations ("Thank you in advance for any help you can send--be it $25, $100, or $1000!"), and this woman sends them money!

just try and implement pre-Regan tax rates. The US economy would slide backward 30 years in a day and we'd get blown off the map by our competitors. Considering the drastic cuts made, deficits were a given. Now, the questions is WTF happened 20 years later when federal revenue finally caught up with spending... thanks GWB and your Repub Congress.
