N/A for OU tickets???

When we received our ticket renewal in the mail the spot
for ordering ousux tickets had a big N/A in it. We give waaay
more than the usual cutoff and were thinking WTF. Then
we went to our online account and that was not there, so
we ordered our tix. Anyone else see this? Any idea why
this happened? Never seen anything like this previously.

It was there for me when I ordered tickets. Wasn't the priority deadline for ordering June 2nd? If you ordered afterwards I could see it being blanked out online.

Call the foundation and inquire, but the reason could be that you didn't make your LF donation by the required deadline, which I forget the date. (4/1?)

We made our donation very early.

If you did not make your donation by the deadline on the original letter that was sent out, you will not be eligible for OU tickets because the "demand far exceeded the supply" again.

I had that happen to me one year... they misplaced my donation. Everything worked out and I was able to get OU tickets. I'd call now.
