lighting was not ideal. also, all that step by step photojournalism just seemed to daunting, on top of dealing with my in-laws and all of their shittiness.

Bowl at top, gumbo with shrimp, crawfish, oysters and crab.

top right corner, maque chou

bottom right, blackened snapper, topped with crawfish etouffee

bottom left, chicken/andouille sausage jambalaya

top left, blackened pork tenderloin, stuffed with boudin
