Get you a dyson or the bissell healthy home. I have a husky so i know how the hair thing goes. I have a dyson slim because i wanted something that wasnt too big and it works pretty well. I had a cheap eureka before that probably had more suction power but it had an air filter that got clogged with dust and hair and then it was pretty useless.
i've got a cheapie eureka (~$60) that pulls up tons of stuff. sometimes i hope that vacuum is actually making whatever it pulls up - i'd hate to think that stuff is in my carpet.
I just got back from Europe. Did y'all realize that Dyson makes things other than vacuums? For instance, I walked into a public toilet (it cost ~ 50 cents) and it had a Dyson hand dryer which dried my hands in about 10 seconds. Why don't we have those over here?
We've had the Dyson Animal for 5 years and it is great. Got at a great discount at Bed,Bath and Beyond with one of there 20% off coupons. The wife talked the sales lady into letting her use it for the Animal.
