My take in the new world order in college football

I predict that because of
1. The transfer portal
2. NIL
3. Social Media
The days of the uncontrollable and emotionally immature, self control challenged, outburst, beat down coach is coming to a close.

Coaches like- Dion Sanders, Sark,Marion, Choice, Lincoln Riley… who coach hard but treat players right, will result in coaches like Jimbo, Brian Kelly and yes… even Saban loosing players.
Jimbo is really rough on everyone. His coaches, his players, people on his staff… like Herman was. Arrogant. I predicted this would happen when ATM got him. He better win big, and win big quickly…or he will loose the team. He has.
These players can now tell other recruits about the culture at their schools much easier now.

I agree completely except about Saban. I have never heard he is a ranter to players
Coaches maybe.
And no doubt he can't compete in the NIL angle .
I admit I may be blinded in his favor because of Sark.
Did you see the interview on Game Day with some of his former coaches who had NO chance until Saban gave them one? Sark included. They all admitted they were at the very bottom.
Between those men and the number of players Bama sends to NFL I hope he coaches as long as he wants to

I based my opinion on what I’ve seen him do on the sidelines with players when he looks like a roach hit with a blast of Raid.
The factor is if Bama starts losing 2 games a year.

I will say I have seen Sark get in a players face and yell. Saw it yesterday.
I guess between frustration at mental lapses by players and loud crowd noise the coach wants to be sure he is heard.

Oh no, nothing physical. Agreed, this is conjecture on my part.
He just doesn’t strike me as a coach players feel comfortable with.

Could be - they certainly have recruited well enough to be on a talent level with Bama, and Smart can coach. I won't be terribly surprised to see Georgia replace Bama at the top of the polls sometime this season - if Bama has another struggling win like yesterday.

I suspect Saban deals with a lot of high talent, but low IQ folks or folks who had poor HS coaches. He had probably told these players a 100 times what they are supposed to do and loses it on occasion when sees constant mistakes.
