My stove is acting funny?

Last night I'm hungry and decide to cook some beef stew....

When I turn the nob to ignite one of the burners the spark clicks off/on but no gas, therefore no flame. After trying a few other burners, same result. I go back to the original burner and when I turn the nob to ignite again, the burner to the right starts clicking, with of course, no flame??

So I see two problems. One, we have no gas for our stove and two, there is some sort of electrical problem as well. I rent the house and the appliance is relatively new, so I've ruled out wear-and-tear....

We pay our gas bills and have hot water. I haven't tried the oven yet.

Enlighten me?

We had that happen to our stove and at one point, it wouldn't stop clicking, even when we turned the knob all the way off. We unplugged it and lit it manually for a little bit. Then, we just plugged it back in. Worked fine after that.
