My High School is in the Finals

Class 3a Burkburnett Bulldogs
We were 4A when I went there, but it's cool to see them in the finals. Seems like they've been scoring some points along the way.
Funny story, when I played on JV as a sophomore our varisty team was 30-0 and ranked #1 in 4A rolling into the playoffs.
What happened, lost the first friggin game against FW Brewer on a lst second shot. Our post was 6'4".

I went to Burk too. The school dropped down to 3a the year after I graduated. But I only played basketball my freshman year. Played baseball instead.

I am at the games. We come to the entire tourny every year. They look pretty good. Congrats!

Don't recall Burk ever making a state championship game, guess I'll have to go see this event Saturday. Might even see an old friend! '67

and they lose 61-59 in OT. Looks like they were ahead for most of the game but couldn't close the door.
