Dogfood out of the bowl

Water:

Anything being poured. Out of a hose, glass, etc.
Out of a glass
Her Water Bowl
Toilet (this is a new thing)

Food:
Anything poached from the Fridge if I forget to lock the child safety lock needed since she taught herself to open it. She got me on Monday.

Anything left in a bag, on a table or trash. Must take trash out daily or nightly. I often forget. I often pay a price.

Anything off my plate or hands. Veggies, fruits, cheeses, meats, you name it. She adores oranges, loathes limes.

Other dogs food out of their bowls.

Cat food out of their bowls.

Her food out of her bowl. She has quite a lust for this but given a chance at any of the above, game over.

Ah yes. I forgot to add paper of the tissue or paper towel/napkin variety. She prefers used if it cleaned food items. She prefers to get it out of the trash can or off the tv tray. Both are places she has not been allowed to poach from since she was but a wee pup. She is very crafty though. She walks like thunder, very ungraceful except when she is up to something. She somehow puts her paws and claws into stealth mode.

My former Rottie outweighed her and was pretty graceful when he walked. Very quiet. Not this one. The stomps through the house like a, like a, like something that stomps.

Water:
Rain in the catch pan
Rain in her pool
out of the hose
Anything in a wine glass
dog bowl

Food:
Peanut Butter
My expensive shoes
People food
Anyone else's dog food
Her dog food

The funny thing is that my dog is a very social eater - he won't eat much by himself, and even then he's never been that interested. You almost have to trick him into eating sometimes - and he's part lab, for crying out loud - they LIVE to eat stuff.

Anyway, I've taken to sprinkling some grated cheese into his bowl, or maybe pouring a little chicken stock in. All of a sudden mr. "i'd rather starve than eat dog food" remembers he's hungry.

Good, I'm glad I don't have the only freaky dog when it comes to food and water consumption.
Water:
Any standing water anywhere but her dog bowl
my leg sometimes when I hop out of the shower
dog bowl (only when it's fresh water)

food:
table scraps
human food (ie crackers, sandwich meat, cookies)
other dog's food
wet/moist dog treats (don't bother feeding crunchy treats unless other dogs are present)
Her dog food

My dog doesn't eat alone, ever. Her bowl of food stays just as full all day as when I filled it. She'll eat when we get home only after making sure none of the other options are available that day.

This is how I got into the habit of always closing the lid on the toilet. Don't have a dog anymore, but there is the added benefit of never getting into the traditional petty argument over this matter with your wife.
Dogs think this is a great elevated water supply for their benefit, maybe because it's the height for medium sized dogs, but who knows?

I can see that dog in Hong Kong learning to activate the high tech toilet and jumping through the streams of jetting water like out on a lawn on a hot summer day.

Not sure how to do the water thing:

1.) Ice Cubes
2.) Beer
3.) water spicket
4.) Dog Bowl

Food:
1.)a) treats
1.) I eat on my ottoman(sp) in front of the TV sometimes. When I am done he licks that thing clean just in case.
2.) Floor, in case anything dropped
3.) Any container or dish that I used
4.) Anybody's food except mine
5.) Anybody else's dog or cat food
6.) His dog food

Orale, vato. I take offense and **** to that, holmes. I got your spicket right here, ese.
