one of our contractors put his wife to work all day saturday.

these tacos are;

papas
frijoles
picadillo

all 100% from scratch, made by a native of mexico.

they are on 100% from scratch flour tortillas.

allsome.

* frogot to mention the homemade salsa.

tomorrow, I'll dig into the pan of (from the same cook) cheese enchiladas.

i've never had any close to this good, and yes, she puts onions in them you have to.
