The wife picked a color that looked good in the store, but holy crap balls, the room is electric pink! Someone suggested doing another coat of "glaze" to tone it down...sort of a clearish overcoat that we could "texture" with a crumpled plastic bag? Surely the Hornfans brethren has crossed this path before. Suggestions?

PS -I f'in hate hate painting.

Just be glad it wasn't your son's room.

the "Ragging off" faux painting technique is really easy. You could leave the bottom half of the walls bright pink, do a nice light pink faux teachnique at the top, and put a border around the middle.

A day or two spent painting over that Pepto Bismol will spare you years of indigestion.

Paint over it.

You probably want to get something that looks white with the slightest touch of pink in it. Really get the lightest pink you can and it will look darker in the room.
