My Annual Proctology Exam

Well, it is that time of year again.....tax season....sent another big fat check in today...I suspect I won't receive any thank you letters or such...i of course do not get a stimulus package check...i'm guessing they figured i did enough..thank you uncle sam....

I'm actually getting my own money back. Of course, it would have made more sense for them to just not take the money in the first place, but maybe they needed to grant themselves an interest-free loan....

Ha. I played golf this past weekend with a guy who paid $35,000 in taxes this year. I didn't say a word about getting 2k back as well as a 1600 rebate. I still can't believe I overpaid that much in taxes but we did have a baby this year. Baby and a 5yr old + mortgage + poor student = chaching

$35,000 in taxes? I only wish. You're right about it being an annual Proctology exam. When I write my check(s), it reminds me of the ol' Fletch line, "You using the whole fist, doc? Moon Riverrrrrrrrrrr..."
