I want to download songs to burn to CD's. Anyone have a recommendation for a legit pay service as far as reasonable price and decent selection?

itunes and amazon mp3 seem to be the best legal alternatives at the moment. i've used both and like both.

seem to be the same price except a few at $.89. Why does the DRM bother you if you have an ipod?

But what if I decide to get rid of my iphone and get a regular phone in the future? No conversion to mess with, when I buy my music off Amazon.

Personally, I think getting the iphone initially was a bad decision. But I'd go with Amazon because they don't have the DRM (which you can get from Itunes if you're willing to pay more) and the higher bitrate. as an alternative, you may want to check out Fiesta. They generally only charge .10/song or $4.95/album.
