The Horns play UNC at Jerryworld on the 19th, then a quick turnaround with MSU in Austin on the 22nd.

Win those two and Texas is No. 2 anyway.

I'm not holding my breath. Barne's is still 'sperimentin' with lineups and getting a lot of play for everybody. A loss or two before those two games wouldn't suprise me.

But they'll be fine by Big XII time.

I hope.

TEXAS surely has top three talent no doubt. They are overwhelming teams with depth and exceptional effort on defense, but TEXAS does not have a clue on offense and they have a chronic problem with turnovers.

I want to see how TEXAS handles a team that can break a full court press and has deep enough talent to stay with TEXAS a whole game. If that team can also run an offense then TEXAS will be in real trouble. Same story, different year.

Fortunately, hopefully, TEXAS won't run into anyone that has as much depth or talent. Then TEXAS's jr high offense won't matter.
