MP3's of Movie Dialogue

How can you get the audio from a movie (DVD) and get it onto a computer as an MP3?

Do I need to hook something up directly to my computer or is there some middle device I can use?

I love having movie quotes on my mix cds, and I can't always find what I want on the internet.

I've used Exact Audio Copy (EAC) to create .wav files of various recordings of streamed audio, talking on a mic, etc, and then convert those to MP3. It will record whatever you have playing through your sound card, so if you have a DVD drive, you can just play the disc and record the audio on the fly. EAC is a free download.
