Movies you loved and now realize are even better

The Party
The Great Race
Marathon Man

It seems like the more I watch "The Shawshank Redemption" and "The Natural" the more I like them.

I second Blade Runner, just watched it again for the first time in a long time.

Robocop would be my addition to the list.

Spinal Tap (funny then, funnier now. that kind of satire hasn't come close to being duplicated in the last 25 years)

Blade Runner (ahead of its time, holds up real well)

Close Encounters of the Third Kind (fun popcorn movie when i saw it as a kid. When i see it as an adult, i marvel at the storytelling and craft that went into it)

Requiem for a Dream (watching the added documentary on the DVD made me realize just how much thought Aronofsky put into every frame and shot of that movie.

Used Cars (ok, i just saw it last night, and laughed and laughed. I probably hadn't seen it in 15 years. I watch it and can't believe not a lot of people know about it)

Unforgiven

Actually, I did not love it at first...I liked it, but thought it was overrated. Boy, was I wrong. It gets better and better every time I view it. I wonder if Gran Torino
will be the same way?
