Mother's Day Gift Ideas

What are some good mothers day gifts? I'm tired of doing the same old flowers, candles, massage, etc. Any good suggestions or gifts you've had success with in the past?

It wasn't a Mother's Day gift, but a Christmas gift for my mom.... Her father had died when she was 10 and she was quite close to him. She had always kept this small picture on her "family heirloom shelf" of him in his military uniform with one of his many medals right next to it. The picture was over 50 years old and an odd size and did not fit in any frame you could buy in the store. One year while I went over there when she wasn't home and took the picture and medal and had it professionally matted and framed together. It cost over $70, but it was well worth the reaction I received. First she was shocked that she didn't notice it missing for the week I had it and then she cried. It's one of the best gifts I think I've ever given her.

This mother's day, I'm sending my Mom flowers from Hallmark (which I really don't ever do) and taking her to dinner at her favorite restaurant.
