Mother's Day Brunch

I decided to save time and money this mother's day by doing a brunch at home. We are going to have bagels with cream cheese and lox as well as some other good deli foods.

Two things that I'm making at home are going to be desert and coffee.

I'm thinking Tiramisu for desert

For coffee I'm thinking of opening up the espresso machine that we've never used. My son wants to make his mom a Cinnamon Dolce Latte like she gets at Starbucks, anyone have any ideas on how to do this? or what I need, or something better that we should try?
