Hillary is also the one telling the families at Dover she was going to make sure the person who made the Video was going to be arrested even though she knew that had nothing to do with their loved ones' murders.

Hillary may or may not have been the one who stopped any ops that could have helped
but she for sure is the one who LIED to the families and she is the one who has ignored them since she and BO used the families for that photo op at dover.
she is the one who said it was due to a video and she is the one who said it didn't make any difference now

so I think Mrs smith has reason to think Hillary is a snake.
